No. You are free to cancel at any time. However, discounts are available for upfront payment on 6 and 12 month subscriptions.
Within your account there is the facility to upgrade at any time (Account > Billing & Plan). The difference in cost will be billed pro-rated until next regular payment.
Sure. There are no tie-ins; you simply pay for the first month's service and, if you cancel before the 30 days is up, nothing more.
