Within your account there is the facility to upgrade at any time (Account > Billing & Plan). The difference in cost will be billed pro-rated until next regular payment.
Yes. We allow unlimited testing up to a (very fair) fair-use policy. Also, you don't need to analyse every one of the emails you send anyway. Our systems act as another recipient of your emails, so you only need to send the same to us as you send to your customers i.e. you wouldn't send a million emails to just one customer (we hope!).
Sure. There are no tie-ins; you simply pay for the first month's service and, if you cancel before the 30 days is up, nothing more.
