Adding a DMARC record with Gandi
- Sign in to your Gandi account.
- Select your domain then go to the DNS Records tab.
- Click 'Add record' to add a new record.
- Select TXT from the Type menu options.
- Enter the details for your TXT record:
- TTL:
Enter the minimum 300 seconds (so that you do not need to wait too long before verifying) - Name:
_dmarc - Value:
"v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:rua-import-xxxx@sendforensics.com"
[Notes: includes the speech marks, also replace rua-import-xxxx@sendforensics.com with your own unique SendForensics RUA processing address which can be found at Domain settings > DMARC Data.]
- TTL:
- Select Create to save your new TXT record.
- Wait for at least 5 minutes, then you can verify that you have the correct record entered at Domain settings > DMARC Data.
